Just before the Italian GP, EiRE Jaguar announced that Scott Whiteman, 3rd in the F1VWC drivers championship will not participate at Monza. The reason for this is a broken Logitech Momo Racing wheel. Whiteman was already experiencing problems with the wheel in previous GP?s, but this time it is really over.
With that his chances to win the 2004 F1VWC drivers title are gone. If Whiteman will participate in the last 3 GP?s is not clear yet. For the Italian GP Ross Loram will drive the first EiRE Jaguar next to his good friend and new driver Martin Buchan.
