After Dave Cummings horrific crash at Hockenheim on Thursday morning, Simsoa have decided to send half of their test team over to the German circuit.

Despite Cummings hospital visit [which gave him the all-clear on Thursday evening], Simsoa hopes to continue with the tests at Silverstone and now Hockenheim before the Christmas break begins on Monday.

From the circuit's medical centre, Dave Cummings issued this statement:

"I am happy to have both of the cars that I will be driving here today, I think it will be a good comparision to see how both the Puma team and the Simsoa teams can work, to see where we can both improve the woring of the teams"

Chris Kinsman, the test team manager, was unavailable for comment; neither was Lawrence. It is reported that the manager had flown back to Tokyo HQ in order to finalise the bidding parameters for the 2005 season with the team's management.

Dave will commence the Simsoa testing in conjunction with Puma from Friday lunchtime.
