It is GO! GO! GO! for testing at Barcelona!

Thanks to Kim De Schutter, the Barcelona test session will now go ahead, slightly sooner than the date I was anticipating!

Kim has very kindly constructed a good little carset (which I have checked and am happy with) and has agreed to check all testing files when they are sent in. Thanks Kim! :)

Instructions for the test at Barcelona:

Export the carset to the game using GP3 Edit

Make sure all performance levels are set to 'all the same' and not '98 levels'

Drivers must complete 10 consecutive laps of the set circuit (no pitstops please)

No stopping and saving is allowed all laps must be set consecutively

After 10 consecutive laps drive back to the pits

Select CAR SETUP > FETCH LOGGED DATA > VIEW LOGGED DATA

Save each one of the 10 laps that you completed

Save your 2 fastest hotlaps from the 10 laps that you completed

Laps will be disqualified where the driver cuts a corner eg: maximum of 2 wheels on the grass

Zip your 10 lap files and 2 fastest hotlaps together using WinZip

Name the zip file as lastname_track_session.zip - eg: lawrence_britain_testing.zip

Send this to kim@formula1sims.com no later than 12PM UK Time on Sunday 8th December 2001
