Midnight Motorsport is proud to unveil the MM-02; the car with which the team hopes to experience great success on track throughout the 2012 season.

“It is a great day for us here at Midnight Motorsport”, Team Owner Nick Rowland said. “It has been a long winter with many hours spent behind the scenes preparing our cars for the 2012 campaign”.

The team come off the back of the final pre-season test in Magny-Cours with high hopes for the new season and the team is looking forward to arriving in Melbourne, Australia, in a little under a week’s time. The pre-season test sessions ran smoothly for the team, with only minor issues encountered throughout.

“The tests ran well, we discovered a few things early on with the car but the team have been able to take the time to work on the things we discovered and have provided a satisfactory solution meaning that we feel more comfortable in the car than during the shakedown tests”.

Rowland further goes on to say “I wish to thank all of the Midnight Motorsport team that has helped us get here. Lukas Euler, Simon Melhuish, Alex Cooper and race engineer, Dave Carr-Smith. I thank you all massively and look forward to a great season”

The team thank also the efforts of Ric Scott and his company Shoot First for the design of the magnificent livery. Midnight also wishes to thank Emmanuel Siaw Baako and Sean Yoder of Simcraft for sponsoring the car and wish them all the best with their latest superb sim rigs. http://www.simcraft.com/
