Roy Schroten, currently active in the Supercup for Synergetic Motorsports, was asked by journalists after the German GP to tell them about his plans for the near future.

"As everybody might know, I've had a perfect and maybe suprising season in the Supercup. I made a few mistakes in the first races, losing my championchip chances quite early. At the Turkish GP things started to chance with a podium and my best GPVWC result so far", Roy said.

Journalists asked him if the rumors about his move to the Superleague were true.

''It is true that I have been asked by some teams to compete for them in the highest series of the community, but I couldn't accept the offer. The reason for that was simple, I don't have time to drive on thursdays. If I had time to do so, I would certainly accept the offer. But I don't feel bad about the fact that I will stay in the Supercup for an other year. I learned a lot this year, but things went very fast, and as history has proven many times, too fast decisions often result in something bad. Next year I hope to compete for the championchip, which would be another great experience'', Roy answered.

what team?

''Things are still unclear for Synergetic. I am talking with them, but due to activity reasons it is hard to decide whether to stay or not. I have had some offers from other teams that were quite tempting, but as I said earlier, I don't want to rush things to make a decision. The 2012 season is still on it's way and I can get up higher in the standings, so that's my main goal for the next months. A decision will be made soon, but driving comes first at the moment''. '

What about 2014?

''It is a long time untill then. There is a chance that I can drive on thursdays then, but the most important thing is the Supercup and to get in a good position to fight for the championchip in 2013. we will see what happens after that''.
