World Sport Series by Mr. C

This will be the review of GPVWC World Sport Series Championship that we won! Yay!

The beginning, I knew my drivers and their potential so wasn't shy to tell them that team title will be the main objective, I also knew the competition and I was sure it was going to be easy if all was going according to our plan, but like things go with a plan..we have a saying in Romania"the maths done at home never goes well with the one at the market?.

First few rounds and middle part of the championship, all was going well and found a few things.

It's a lot more tense to watch just liveracers, seeing your driver behind another at 0.1 and it goes 0.0 and you wait and wait to see if he made the pass or not and then you see that he made it only an instant later to change back to 0.1, and you are wondering, did he run wide , did he get bumped? Why doesn't he pass already? Really, really intense.

This year GPVWC made a huge step in broadcasted events, enjoyed most of them and really appreciated the effort.

Its very difficult to motivate a person to do laps, not everybody does simracing for the same reasons.
After some we got in our stride I was fairly confident that we can win it (which rarely I am) but some bad rounds came our way and again the fear got installed into my heart.

Risto? Man this guy is so beyond everything I have seen in simracing and so lucky to have him in Walk Racing, not only is he talented but he works a lot, like really works for it and a man that I admire said simracing is all about practice you can have no talent and still fight with the best of them, might take you 1 or 2 years but it works! So thank you Risto!

Took quite a while to get over losing this championship, as I really think i deserved it but then again I made plenty of mistakes in numerous rounds and Siggy is one of the few I can accept losing to.

Of course a great result to get the team championship so thanks to anyone involved and hope for the same and more success ahead.

The opposition was far greater that I have anticipated both in drivers and in team aspect and everybody that really knows me in this simracing world knows that even do I enjoy winning with my team, don?t enjoy having no opposition so really enjoyed this championship and even do at times the tension between us as competitors was a bit high everyone having different opinions on different subject but all ended well, at least from my point.

Cameron, all that I expected and more. I think he went a bit out of his skin to please me, as he joined and I think after round 1 or one of the first rounds I talked with him, then he realized that in Walk there is a down side also, pressure. When I do an assessment of a driver I kinda know what he is capable of and when he is below that I tend to tell them (In my mind in a nice way) so did that with Cameron. I don't know how much he liked it but I tend to think he did more practice that he would normally do and still he did an outstanding job for Walk Racing.

Cameron had this to say about his season:

I've thoroughly enjoyed being a part of Walk Racing for 2015 and it's been a pleasure to race alongside Risto throughout the year. Himself and most importantly Mr C. have made me feel at home all year long and I'm so glad that my efforts helped us to clinch the teams title at the final round in Monza.

It's unfortunate that Risto narrowly missed out on the drivers title however I think we can all be very proud with what we've achieved and celebrate being the best team on the grid at the end of a long, hard-fought year.

Ruud Heesterbeek ? will say more about him at the end of SuperCup but don?t know how much can I say, he is here when I need him and he is fast, thank your Ruud.

The END, we got the most important thing to us (team tittle), we didn't get all we wanted, drivers title also but still we can be happy with 2nd place for Risto.

Final Standings
Team
1. Walk Racing 361p

Drivers
2. Risto Kappet 238p
11.Cameron Brewster 101p

Big Thanks to GPVWC administration that they allowed us to take part in this great championship and via this article I want to send them a small apology for my anger after Spa incidents,. You have to understand that I come from a Latin descent and I am very emotional about my passions so sometimes emotions surpasses logic or good common sense. Also big thanks to the broadcast team and everybody involved, was very nice!

Hopefully see you next year !

Mr. C
