DPI's #1 driver, Dan Lawrence, spoke to GPVWC Press earlier on about his testing pace at Barcelona this week.
The British driver was genuinely surprised to top the time sheets for 2 consecutive days.
"It is a bit of a surprise to be honest! I have just stuck to the programmes set for me by my team manager and driven the required laps."
"Yesterday was a good day. We were putting more mileage onto the engine and pushed its boundaries further. Today was even better from a lap time point of view, although I think I was pushing a little too much, as I span off 9 times!!
"I have another day at the wheel tomorrow, before handing the car over to my team manager, Dan Prescott, who is filling the #2 seat while we find a driver".
