When Bloemendal heard that he's getting a chance from his team manager, he was very happy. In a interview with Bloemendal he said this.
"I am very happy that Luc gives me a chance at the highest level, But the way it happened I don't like. I'm going to miss Erdem at the team, my best connection with the drivers was Erdem, Leon I don't have much contact with him, I would like to know him better but now that he is gone i don't think that very much contact will be possible. All with all I am very happy that i'm getting a chance"
When we asked Bloemendal about the rumours that he will be leaving Mama Racing in the near future, he said this, "Me Leaving the team, HAHAHAHA I am very happy at the team and I have not even thought of leaving the team, ever".
