Then results of qualifying for the F3000 race in Spain have finally been released. The publication of the resuts were delayed for 24 hours due to what has been a hectic week for F3000 administration.

As reported earlier the administration were forced to move thier office's over the weekend during which chief scrutineer Dan Regan suffered damage to his back. He returned to work early today but discovered that the result publication system had malfunctioned further delaying the release of results.

Meanwhile, on the track, the highly publisized rift between Erdem Coban and an Lawrence brought out the best from both drivers with Coban getting the upper hand by around 1/10 of a second. Dan Regan seems to be recovering from his illness and was a further 1/2 a second back closely followed by Robert Filipe. Peter Harding earned the final qualifying point while newcomer Stefan Gordon and Kim DeSchutter close out the field.
