Maurice Brackhahn is a German Sim-Racing Driver currently driving for YTF1 as a racedriver in the GPVWC 2015 Atlantic Series season.

Early Sim-Racing Career

Maurice started Sim-Racing in 2011 in a German league. In 2012 he joined NetRex GP and finished the 2012 FSR World Series within the Top 20. After several race wins in German leagues Maurice joined the GPVWC in 2013.

Supercup

2013

William Tringas, Team principal of Streetfighter Racing Systems, gave Maurice the chance to take part in the GPVWC Supercup. In his first race he was able to fight for the fifth position, but finally lost it against Menno Klont in the "Curva Parabolica". In his second race he wasn't even able to start due to a blue screen. The third race in France began promising, starting from P11 he had a perfect start moving up to fourth place but because of too many DNF's the race was red flagged. His second start wasn't as good as the first one, but he was still able to move up into 7th. During the race he had an accident, which forced him to retire.

2014

For the 2014 GPVWC Supercup season Maurice made Philipp Puschke join him as a teammate. Luckily PB Racing was willing to sign both. The first half of the season was very disappointing, as he was unlucky very often and had several technial problems. Since the British Grand Prix he was able to show his potential with some good races. In Germany, Hungary and Belgium Maurice was able to finish on the podium in three consecutive Sprint races.
