Simink Motorsport confirm that Ben Warren will continue to partner David Fidock for the remainder of the 2013 Formula Challenge season.
English born sim-racer, Ben Warren, who drove for Simink at the Belgian Grand Prix is set to remain in his new colours for the remainder of the season in the number 11 Simink car. After two brilliant drives in Monza and Spa, where the 25 year old achieved his first open wheeler podium, as a stand-in driver for the Simink team, management called a meeting to discuss the future of the Englishman.

"After watching the race replay I immediately gave Dave (Carr-Smith) a call," said Jamez Shepherd, Simink Motorsport manager, "I said, 'After that drive (from Ben) I'm certain we need to retain him'. To which Dave replied, 'Yeah, already made that call yesterday', and that was that. Simple."

"It's a very rare occasion things happen so seamlessly within a group of teams with similar interests, so I'd have to say it's a good sign for things to come for both Ben and the team. He's a much loved and respected member of the community and has been a pleasure to bring aboard. Ben has only been competing in the series since Canada and has already made it to the top 10 in the standings, and has brought points home in every race so far, along with a masterful drive to 3rd in Spa. Together I hope we can achieve many more podiums and maybe even a race win."

Ben currently holds 10th in the Formula Challenge standings with 95 points.
