Wicked Fox
racing called a press meeting yesterday to confirm the signing of the Scottish
talent Sam Millar.

Bart De Vos: "We didn't have to think twice to sign Sam Millar. He is an extremely
quick driver, as you can tell from his results in Superleague, Supercup and the
Master Series, where he always was racing for the first places. I raced with
him last year and can recall battles we had in the master series in Istanbul
and in the supercup series in the early races. We are very pleased to have such
a great driver onboard.

Things haven't been as hoped for so far, with reserve driver Jason Muscat having to do
most of the races, for which the team is him extremely thankful. But we believe
that the signing of Sam, together with the signing of Nigel Mcnamara, a bit
more than a month ago, is a turning point for the team."

Sam Millar: "I feel very priviliged to have been asked to race for Wicked Fox Racing, and
I'm particularly amazed that our boss Bart can recall the battles we had
together in the Masters and Supercup series in particular.

I feel like I've come to WFR with nothing no lose and nothing to prove, so
there's no pressure on me to perform as the team is very relaxed about how we
go racing. I'm also looking forward to partnering Nigel as we have never crossed paths or
raced together before. Only time will tell what results I will be able to get for the team but I am
looking forward to the next races already."

Sam Millar has been linked to Wicked Fox in the pre-season, when they already had an
agreement, but due to GPVWC rules Sam wasn't allowed to race in the Formula
Challenge championship.
