The Streetfighter Racing systems driver David Francic has announced his retirement at the end of the 2018 season

Francic announced today that the 2017 season would be his final at GPVWC. Francic joined the league in 2014 and has graced five different series in that time.

David showed himself as a quick developing driver and stood on the top step five times and the podium a huge thirty two times.

Known for his high finishing rate across all series David was part of the title winning Vod:Bul Racing team in 2016 World sports series and the promotion winning team of SRS 2016 Supercup season.

There is still hope we may see Francic racing from time to time in the future though:

?I'm announcing that I will be retiring at the end of this season. I feel like I need a break from racing, at least for a year. Maybe I'll do few races as a replacement but nothing regularly. I will stay in touch with you guys and keep watching what's going around? David Francic 15/11/17

David has also been an active member of the media team at GPVWC brining Formula Challenge to the masses.

Francic races his final races in the final rounds of Superleague this week for Streetfighter and ITC next week for Zedderick Racing.
