    Heading into Mirabeau G Batalla moves under braking and makes contact with Hreljanovic who is overtaking him. I would recommend avoidable contact penalty for Batalla for this. However, at the following corner Batalla apparently makes no attempt to make the corner and appears to intentionally hit Hreljanovic with force.
  • Wopke Hoekstra - Avoidable contact
    10 seconds time penalty
    5-slots grid penalty for the next event
    1 license points docked
    Hoekstra catches the left wall on the exit of the Nouvelle chicane with his left rear tyre, spins and continues. As he has lost his rear wing he spins again at Tabac resulting in a pileup and damage to multiple cars.

    Race suspension in addition to the race penalty previously assigned.
