The 2024 Formula Sprint 2 will be the 3rd GPVWC Formula Sprint 2 season. The name Formula Sprint 2 was created to replace the GPVWC Formula Challenge Series which did run for 10 seasons from 2012 to 2021.

Calendar changes

• The Bahrain, Hungarian and Abu Dhabi Grands Prix were removed from the calendar.

• The Chinese, Austrian and United States Grands Prix were reintroduced.

• The German Grand Prix venue changed from the Nurburgring to the Hockenheimring for the GPVWC 2024 season.
